Welcome to PrinterFix & More. By accessing our platform (printerfixandmore.com), browsing hardware inventory, submitting support requests, or purchasing equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from placing orders or utilizing our services. These terms apply to all visitors, commercial clients, studio owners, and registered users.

Orders, Pricing & Availability
All orders submitted through PrinterFix & More are subject to hardware stock availability and order verification:
Transparent Pricing
Prices listed are in US Dollars ($USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order fulfillment.
Order Confirmation
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify final acceptance; we reserve the right to verify commercial shipping details prior to dispatch.
Payment Authorization
Payment must be authorized in full before orders enter technical inspection and packaging queues.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Volume purchase discounts and Net-30 invoicing are governed by formal corporate purchase agreements.

1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Every certified refurbished printer sold by PrinterFix & More comes equipped with a comprehensive 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty:
What Is Covered:
- Internal mechanical motor drives, gear assemblies, and paper feed mechanisms.
- Logic boards, power supplies, and wireless network interface controllers.
- Factory OEM printhead modules supplied and pre-installed with the unit.
What Is Excluded:
- Physical damage resulting from drops, liquid spills, or external electrical surges.
- Damage caused by third-party uncertified non-OEM dye inks or refilled cartridges.
- Unauthorized mechanical disassembly or firmware tampering.

Shipping & Delivery Terms
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days ship same-day via FedEx or UPS Ground. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith by carriers but are not strictly guaranteed against extreme weather or carrier transit delays.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We assist in filing transit claim reports for any lost or damaged packages.

30-Day Money-Back & Return Policy
We stand behind our certified hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange:
- Items must be returned with all original accessories, power cables, and included packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact customer support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days upon receiving and inspecting the unit.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, product titles, logos, and brand names mentioned on this portal (including Epson, WorkForce, EcoTank, Expression, SureColor, Brother, HL, MFC, INKvestment Tank, Canon, HP) belong exclusively to their respective corporate owners.
PrinterFix & More is an independent reseller, refurbisher, and technical support provider. Use of brand names and model numbers is solely for identification, compatibility reference, and assistance purposes.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrinterFix & More shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of business profits, data, or project downtime) resulting from the use of or inability to use our products or web services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
